KEY PERSONNEL

GEORGE HERIOT | Owner

George attended both the University of Wisconsin River Falls and the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. George has been heavily involved in the construction industry for more than 30 years. In addition to Division V Sheet Metal, he’s owned large commercial roofing companies. Due to this, he has a complete understanding of the entire building envelope system and how it ties together. He has been involved with projects ranging in size from office buildings to the Target Center Multi-Purpose Arena in Minneapolis.

MORGAN HERIOT | OPERATIONS MANAGER

Morgan holds an engineering degree from Minnesota State University Mankato. He began his career in the automotive industry. Following that, he shifted his talent and moved his focus to architectural sheet metal. Morgan has been with Division V Sheet Metal for 17 years. 

BRIAN HERIOT | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Brian holds a business management and marketing degree from Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York. He began his career in the financial industry. Following that, he joined the team at Division V Sheet Metal. Brian has been with the firm for 12 years. 

BRUCE REED | CHIEF ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER

Bruce is a graduate of Dunwoody College of Technology. Bruce spent 20 years as Chief Estimator at MG McGrath Sheet Metal, and 3 years as Senior Estimator/Project Manager at McPhillips Larson Barry. Following his career at MLB, he decided to focus his energy again on Architectural sheet metal and joined Division V Sheet Metal. 

CHRIS DEAL | DRAFTING & DESIGN MANAGER

Chris has been with Division V since 2016. Chris oversees CAD based project layout. While working at Division V, chris studied 2D design at St.Paul College and 3D BIM Modeling at US CAD. Chris has worked on projects of all sizes ranging from the Intercontinental Hotel at Minneapolis International Airport to the Dayton’s Project downtown Minneapolis.
